Why are the poker sites closing? None of them are in America-- what do they give a damn for American laws? Are they afraid President Bush, having demonstrated his willingness to invade foreign sovereign nations with little or no provatcation, will invade their countries and bomb them?

They are scared $hitless of the US, never being able to come here w/o getting arrested, never being able to do further business with the US in any way, shape, or form.

Once the muslim extremists take over Europe, gambling will be a capital crime and they'll need somewhere to which they can flee without being arrested.

This is really like the hundredth thread about this. In the end, some sites want your business and some sites don’t. Does it really matter why they don’t? If you really want to know the opinions of people on this forum about that, read around the forum. Otherwise, f the sites that don’t want you and go play on the sites that do.

I think some are affected by treaty agreements between the US and Britain, or Canada. Others are not as much. Those based in the Carribean, I think, are the ones furthest from reach. They just need a cash processor willing to work around these laws.
