my friend told me firepay stopped dealing with U.S. customers, what's going to happen to neteller?is it safe to keep money there?

You're safe at least until regulations are drafted which is probably in the neighborhood of 9 months from now. After that you might not be able to use it for gambling sites but your money will def be safe there.
