Sportingbet PLC also sold off their US-facing sports book and casino business to Jazette Enterprises Ltd. Paradise Poker is not being sold off.

I wonder what the point is of keeping Paradise Poker, after announcing they would ban US players? Maybe they are still looking for a private buyer for the poker site.
