Anyone know what they need? Emails to them are 0 help as they wait 3 weeks between emails AND then don't even answer the question.

Initial bonus is good there but I want to know what loops to jump through to get verified there before I sign up.

Thanks.

drivers license and utility bill should suffice.

hit them up last week. this is what they wanted from me.

n order to process your withdrawal request, please photocopy the following information and fax it to: 1-888-557-8851 for North America and 00 1-416-777-2891 for International players to the attention of the Security Department. Or, scan the documents, attach them to your email and forward them to: security@goldenpalacecom

- A valid photo ID (example: Passport, Driver’s License, etc...)
- The top part of a bank statement showing your name and registered address
- The top part of a utility statement showing your name and registered address (phone bill, electrical bill, etc...).

If you use Neteller you can use another utility bill instead of the bank statement. There has to be dates on the utility bills. Call customer service, I did and it worked out well. I got a confirmation email from security stating that I had successfully proved my identity. I faxed them a copy of my drivers license and 2 utility bills since I used Neteller to withdraw (deposit as well).

can't use pounds anymore, it's only half as good as it used to be. and if you go way back you could hit ~6 of the same deal from their family of casinos. rats!

I went back and looked at the terms again and I saw where they've limited the bonus to one casino now but couldn't see where they made it dollars only (as long as you use myCitadel). Link?

I sent them a screenshot of my neteller account showing the deposit, my driver's license and a copy of my monthly credit card statement. That worked.

Sterling is UK only. Euro is not sure - I'm from Ireland and as Mycitadel doesn't support Ireland I can't claim the Euro bonus.

These utility bill requests piss me off. I've always lived in highrises that don't give you utility bills or rented from someone else who is paying utility bills. And we all know that they are not legitimately verifying anything, since faxing and making copies of stuff isn't a valid way to get (unmodified) information.

I guess I can photoshop, but screenshot of neteller account and screenshot of online credit card bill works?

I e-mailed a scanned copy of my license, a scanned top of bank statement, and a screenshot of my electric bill, and got back this:

"Dear Timothy,

We have received your documents, however, we cannot accept online bill statements.

Could you kindly fax/email us the top portion of a 30-day bank statement or utility bill showing your name and mailing address so that we may process your payout ASAP."

They already have the bank statement and all my utility bills are paperless now. I'm going to try sending on old one.

TimM,

I received exactly the same email from them. I've sent my ID card, a bank statement which clearly states my name, account # and bank name and an utility bill which states my address.

I responded to the email like yours saying they say 30-day bank statement OR utility bill showing my name and mailing address and told them that is exactly what the utility bill does... Haven't heard from them since then on...

[/ QUOTE ]When a company(or state agency) asks for a utility bill, its natural to assume they mean rent, water, gas, ect. But the word itself doesnt really mean such. Those will apply sure, but what they are trying to do is prove accurate residency. There are alot of other documents that you mightve recieved via home mail that would be perfectly acceptable here if you dont have those obvious ones available.

When I cashed out from golden palace last week, I was expecting to receive an email requesting these documents but I did not. Did they change their policy or do they randomly choose players that need to go through the verification process and I got lucky? Or, is it because I suck at poker and withdrew less than I deposited? lol

[/ QUOTE ]There seems to be a random nature sometimes to these requests.I havent played Golden Palace, but i think in TOA,all Prima sites reserve the right to do this.I have played a few Prima sites, never been asked for anything upon withdrawing.I tend to think this was just a coincedence though.

I got something very much like that after i had sent them an online bill. I resent a copy of my Passport, bank account statement and a copy of a VISA staement. I explained that all my other bills where online. I think that as long as it shows your name, billing adress and the name of the billing company it doesn't matter. I received a mail within 24 hours from them saying it was accepted.

What is the purpose of this verification? Are they trying to get 3 documents with the same address?

I'm confused as to what I should do because I'm a college student who doesn't have utility bills, and also, I opened my bank account at school in VA when I live in MA. Should I use my license, a photoshopped bank account statement, and a bill from the University?
