They provide their software, but I don't believe that they actually own the company. However if they don't keep maintaining the software, then UB better be looking around for another developer.

Sounds to me this is just a way around the Legal issues to me. Make the company private, with headquarters in a friendly country and its business as usual.

LOL. Then why was Crytologic, which is in the same business only worse because they are traded on the NASDAQ still trading and up over 6% the past 3 days?

They took this company public for hundreds of millions of dollars. They are buying it back for 10 million +promised payments in the future

I think we might be witnessing what Daniel N. was talking about in regards to Russ H. He very well may be a billionaire when this is all said and done.
