UB best way to sign up?

Wtih about 300 bucks how should I sign up for UB (moving from Party because of Frist) would you suggest I sign up through PSO and get the points or a certain rakeback site? How long does it take to clear the site bonus? Thank you for your help.

Get rakeback for sure. Clearing depends on what you play. I long ago quit worrying about clearing bonus and just play. There are enough reload bonuses that I never clear one before another comes up (and they are stackable/never expire).
