USPC 300+40 Blind Structure

I'll be playing in the 300+40 NLHE event on thursday. Does anyone know the blind structures and starting chips for these low buy-in events?

I had seen that before, and found it again after I posted. Unfortunately starting chips and level lengths are what I'm really after.

3000 starting chips. 40 min levels IIRC.
