Changing your address with the sites that are banning US players to some address in Canada? They have no way of verifying addresses do they (short of blocking all access from US ISP's). It's not like they send statements to my house now. Same could be done with Neteller as well???

I doubt it if you pay your taxes. Probably violates the terms of the sites though giving false addresses.

Tax fraud? You would still pay your taxes. Yes it might be violating the TOS with the sites, but they have no way (or really desire) to enforce that.

If Neteller continues service, they have an obligation to make sure that they are not going against the intent of the bill (taking money from US banks and moving it to poker sites). If that's the case, they might request the bank to provide your address when you setup a bank account. This may be one way of verifying your true address and the regulations may force them to do this. To some lesser extent, sites can do the same asking Neteller for a true address.

There are a lot of 'if's and 'may's and only time will tell.

Many online casinos require you to send scans of utility bills and/or bank statements that have to match your stated address. Poker rooms could start doing this and keep your money if you are unable to provide the necessary documents.

IMO, this will be the way that US players continue to play at sites that aren't allowing them anymore. They will forge utility bills with the fake address if they have to. Seriously, if you think about it what law are you breaking? Are the Party Poker police going to arrest you for using a fake address? According to this new legislation, it wouldn't even be illegal to continue to play.

Give it a rest already. Stop making assumptions and panicking. Give it a few days and it will be clear where everyone stands.

If they require proof of address it will probably not allow a PO box to be the proof. They have already thought of this one
