I know this is a poker forum, and I realize that no one gives a rat's ass (including me) about other games, but I'm just curious...

What's happening with other sites? Is the US gov't prepared to discern between skill games and chance games. I'm aware that this argument has been tossed around regarding poker's gambling definition, but what is happening with:

Real Money Chess Sites?
Real Money Backgammon Sites?
Etc.

They already do discern between what they consider skill games and chance games. Skill games will not be affected at all by this legislation.
