Please note that all the gaming shares lost about half their value immediately upon market opening. Although I am not familiar with the exact mechanisms by which the markets process trades, I'm sure that things are set up in such a way that sell orders are processed more or less instantaneously.

The stocks have NOT continued to lose value since market open. After that initial backlog of sell orders was processed, they have actually gained a few pence.

Protect your monetary interests as you see fit, but it is silly to assume that "Neteller will be bankrupt by the end of the day", or anything like that.

For whatever reason, your mere presence at this time is calming Nate.

Agreed Nate. Stock price is not correlated with the ability of the business to function. Bankrupt companies can operate almost normally with a stock price of $0. This is not cause for panic.

If the LSE works like the NYSE, specialists or market makers in these stocks have to buy these stocks in order to take the other side of the market, which in turn provides support for the stock price. They'll be trading the stock like crazy today and making a killing. If these stocks were truly on their way to zero, trading would be halted on them long before they got there.

Keep in mind that it's not going to get worse than it is right now. The dust will settle, and there will be several sites that will allow US customers. I don't know what the game textures will look like or what will happen after the banking regulations go into effect in 9 months, but things will be better six weeks from now than they are today.
