I've read through about 100 threads, and I still haven't seen any remotely definitive answers on this. I get the impression, it's covered under the bill, but I've also heard multiple people say that it's not. Also, has Pinnacle released anything yet? Are they even publicly traded? I've got a little over $5000 in open bets right now, and I'm a little bit concerned.

I would be very surprised if all the major sportsbooks didn't start coming out with similar announcements to the poker sites. I definitely believe it's covered under the new law.

I'm right there with you on money tied up...except mine's ~$30K...about $12K of which is in NFL futures that won't be decided until January. [censored].

Hasn't wagering on football games over the internet always been illegal? I don't see how this changes the status of that. I think poker was just in a gray area, but betting has always technically been illegal.

how can online sports betting be legal.... don't you fund an online sports betting account the same way you fund a poker one.... neteller?
