Where is my money "safe" online now?

I've pretty much accepted the fact that the apocalypse is upon us, assuming that the demonds of hell don't stop my Party/UB/Stars money from going to Neteller, what is the safest location to put the money online? I would prefer not putting it in the bank. At this point I'm too paranoid to even leave it on Neteller. WSEX is going to be completely safe, yes?

Nobody can tell you that anyplace is safe now except for a nice federally insured United States bank account. Anything else is a risk at this point.
