I realize there are varying opinions about the level of impact this bill will have and how soon it will likely start effecting us. What I'd like to know is, are they required to give us notice before banning our accounts (if that's what it will come to) so we have a chance to cash out whatever we have in our BR's? Is there any chance that they would suddenly ban our accounts and any money in them is just lost?

I doubt if any of the large sites will steal your money. They aren't really "required" not to though.
