The major sites seem to rely heavily upon Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) for their banking services. RBS is a very large and profitable Bank, it is very sound.
However, it has a LOT of ties to US Banks, and owns at least one. We will need to see what position it takes on acceptance of player deposits from the US before the economic effect of this Act can be guessed.
