I am sure its a little early, but why havent we heard anything from the big money sites yet? Party, Stars, UB,..etc. Seems like everyone is running around and panicking at the moment while the sites that most of us play on are sitting there quietly turning thir apathetic cheeks to this huge matter. This is what they did BEFORE this crap was passed. Just curious...

1. It's only been a day, not even a business day. We'll probably here something on Monday.
2. If not Monday, then at least something after the bill is signed. Remember, it doesn't go into effect for another week or two when the president signs it.

I have seen Poker Stars email response to some guys question about this...seems kinda evasive. I am talking about the CEO`s of these companies. Some kind of official statement. Also wonder what the sponsered BIG name players are thinking right now?

The poker sites need to be divided into two camps, those with sports/casino interests and those which are purely poker.

The latter have an issue they can litigate, whether poker is covered by this Act.

The primary response however should be to raise a political firestorm among their readily reachable and highly affected US player databases

Even if poker is covered under this law, i would suspect it will be as it is gambling, the sites are not within us jurisdiction.

Hasn't that ship sailed? Also, most of the poker only sites sold out for some fast cash. It's not much of a group.
