I'm thinking of going into my PS account and changing my address to a foreign one. Sure sometimes they make you verify your address in the case of large deposits, but I heard that's kind of rare. Can the poker site see that my IP address is actually from the states? Would they care to stop me? The site couldn't be held responsible if I falsely represnt my address. Is this just retarded?

They can see that your IP address is from the states. You can trace it down to your ISP's physical location. But it'll probably be fine if you're sticking to small withdraws.

uhh wait until there is some danger of this affecing you? you have almost a year before it will do anything to you and you might be sick of poker by then.
