Hey all, I just have to say that this (obviously) sucks ass. I've read a decent amount of stuff relating to the bill that passed etc but I haven't seen anything that talks about withdrawals being illegal. Also will it be illegal to actually PLAY or just to deposit?
If I have my bankroll intact on a site now, under the new law, couldn't I just play normally as long as I don't have to take any money out? Thanks this is all kind of confusing to me.
Not illegal to cash out.
Not illegal to play.

Now THAT is a dedicated player, although apprently not a winning one.
The problem is that loosing players won't be reloading

Is deopsiting from Neteller into a poker site going to be illegal/banned, or is it just going to be illegal to deposit from a US bank account into Neteller?
