I found this article quite interesting.

Maybe there is some hope after all. I will be somewhat surprised to see the sites take a public stand against the U.S. government, but if they do I am on the bandwagon.

hmm seems like the gloves are on and monday will turn out to be very very interesting...I had a feeling these companies had something up their sleeves and weren't just going to roll over...I just hope this information is correct however.

Well, nothing here is a surprise. of course, the companies affected are now going to dream up every imaginable challenge. But that hardly means anything will succeed.

Moreover, just because challenges can be made does not mean that the law will not go into effect in the meantime. It is much easier to start litigation challenging a law than it is to get a court to agree to stay its enforcement, while the litigation is decided.
