Here is what we need to do in the eyes of a non-lawyer guy that cares about his livelihood.
PPA needs to get a little more aggressive or we need a new organization.
Said organization will then, in no particular order, persue one or more of the following options:
1. Solicit donations from major poker sites to fund activities.
2. Lobby to have poker classified as a game of skill like in CA.
3. Lobby to have online poker regulated and taxed.
4. Maybe even talk with big boys in US like harrahs etcc...and see if they will help lobby to get it regulated and taxed etc...
There is way to much money in this biz for the companies to not make something happen. Money rules in politics and there is plenty of money to go around.
So PPA what is your plan?
