Here are some more links to major relevant threads below. Note that I have NOT inlcuded ones with "news" from gambling related sites (like Gambling911) that often contain inaccurate news. The best analysis of this law will come from knowledgeable members of this forum, and probably also Allyson Jaffrey Schulman of Cardplayer when she writes a post-bill pass followup to her earlier article on this matter. Also from a practical point of view, we simply are going to have to wait to see how the sites analyze this and what they do regarding funding workarounds or whether the federal government can even get banks to effectively enforce it.
