Hello,
As anyone is reading this post we probably all know "Online gambling" is now illegal in the united states.
Now two points of interest:
Poker in the state of California is a game of skill, is this not a precedent, why not argue stare decisis? We need the PPA to take a claim to the Supreme Court and try to make this an accepted precedent.
ISPs banning poker sites online; do not believe this is anything but a form of censorship. Don't think this is going to happen.
The only thing really to deal with is the funds issue; I don't belive that you will be unable to access pokerstars, but you banks in the US might not accept your transactions.
The issue really lies in the motivation to push a test case to the supreme court and see whether we can reclaim poker as a game of skill.
