VIP Bonus Q?

Well, I am a small time player w/ blue status. I just got my first VIP bonus this month.... $25 for 150 hands. Clearly easy to clear. Is that clear? (sorry). Anyway, Does anyone know how to get these offers larger? Or is it just a "Play more and they will get bigger." sort of thing?

Do you get larger offers in Silver VIP or is it just because you have been playing more they give you better offers (Chicken or egg?).
