I lost my Student ID today. As soon as i figured out that i lost it i went to the website to diactivate the money part of it. Some dbag spent around $200 on random vending machines and at a resturant. I know there is probably nothing i can do about the vending machines, but is there anything i can do about the resturant? the ID has my picutre on it and on off university venders requires a signature.

Anything I should do? Or should i just forget it?

I'd pursue the matter. Talk to whoever is in charge of food services or the $ part of the card.

i would definitely pursue this...at most schools, they should be checking ID when it's used for payment...good luck with this...

I'd assume you'd get your money back... it has your picture on the thing and can't be chared unless YOU sign.

Talk to the University.

I had to go file a police report with campus police to get my money back. Campus police made it seem like they are going to take this case very seriously and if they can figure out who it is they will be expelled from school and possible credit card fraud. Sucks for them
