Whats the best site to start off and work your way down through the bonus? Captain cook is part of this list right?

Depends on your bankroll. Some sites give a small, tough to clear bonus, but only require a small deposit. Others give better bonuses, but might require a $500 deposit to clear.

Bonuswhores has a good guide to the Primas. As for Captain Cooks, it's part of the Poker Rewards network, a subgroup within the Prima network. You can only do 1 bonus from this group. I'd suggest Poker Rewards instead of Captian Cooks, because with PR you can also get a swag bonus from PSO.
