Book for Limit Holdem Tournament

Hi, I'm looking for a good book about Limit-Holdem Tournament.
I have the book from Sklansky (Tournamnet for advance Player) and the two book's from Harrington.
Do you know a book about Limit Tournament, which is worth to read?

Limit hold'em tournament section of "Play Poker Like the Pros" is good, but very short.
Ken Buntjer's book "Secrets to winning big in tournament poker" is good in my opinion, but others have very different views on this one.
Tom McEvoy's book "Tournament Poker" has a good limit hold'em section as well.

I agree with Chris Ferguson, that for tournaments, you should pretty much just play good solid cash game style poker for the most part and not make too many strategy adjustments.

For limit hold'em tournaments, I just play my best HEPFAP style game and hope the cards run good for me.
