In hold'em, what are the odds of flopping a straight, open-ended straight draw, or gutshot straight draw, given connectors, one-gappers, two-gappers, or three-gappers pre-flop? How much are these odds affected by the pre-flop cards being at the 'end' (ie 32 or AK or something)?
