Since you asked about the turn bet....

I think its OK, but I think its OK to bet more there. You gotta figure YHIG at his point, and I'd be trying to suck in someone who made a flush.

On the river, on the other hand, I think its OK to call the BBs bet. QQ is within the range of a passive player, and Q9s is in the range of a cagey player. That said, I personally would be trying to get my money in on the turn and would go broke just the same.

Is there anyone who makes the call on the river and doesn't push?

nvm, sorry for the bump, anyway I don't think turn minraise is bad given stack sizes

if you call, he has more than potsize on the river, and you won't get all of it if he checks

if you raise bigger, you are putting him to a decision for 2 stacks right there, which almost nothing wil give action to.

if you minraise, he has a little less than a potsized bet left on the river, which is perfect for value IMO
