If it says that I have to achieve a certain amount of points betweend Feb 13th and Feb27th, does that include both the 13th and 27th point totals?

i wondered the same thing and emailed support. the promotion ends at midnight between the 27th and the 28th - so the points you earn on the 27 DO count.
