"READ THE STICKY

WRONG FORUM

PATIENCE GROWING THIN"

Sorry, Lloyd, but "the Sticky", of which there are several, is hardly the model of clarity.

I asked for an advisory on another similar post, drawn from the same CardPlayer blog:

A player, the wife of the CardPlayer publisher, says she was moved to the featured table, where she could get media exposure and play with the defending champion ... How is that not related to the operation of the WSOP.

When seating and re-seating is decidely non-random, then a tournament is not being fairly run, period.

Is that a "proper" post for the WSOP forum ..... ?

Hey, forget it.... run the fiefdom on an ad hoc basis.

And why did the kathy liebert thread get locked? Just because the last post was abusive when it could have been edited/deleted? She call and ask that it be locked or were the mods actually getting sick of CSC's and others pathetic justifications for cheating/angling?

Next time, take these questions to private messages. That isnt in the sticky but it is common sense.

A post discussing non-random seating seems reasonable. However, you made the following post which wasn't reasonable:

Just in case the world was wondering, Ms Jaffrey has been gracious enough to share the following with us, from her blog at cardplayer.com:

"As I walked toward my table, I noticed that it was the only table in the room with no people and no chips. There it was: Table 155. Empty. Now I was certifiably nervous. What was the problem now? I quickly learn that I was at the featured TV table. Now that was exciting! Since I have been at TV tables in the past, I didn't find it distracting. (At least until the handsome camera man took the microphone transmitter out of my pants to change the battery!)"

Thanks for sharing.

Perhaps if you had followed that up with a question or a comment your post would not have been locked.
