Hey, I just signed up at Golden Palace for their $300 sticky bonus. I'm a little shaky on what the proper strategy for a sticky bonus is. I understand that it involves betting everything you have at first, then I'm unsure about what to do afterwards. The total WR I need to clear is 1600.

Thanks a lot for any advice!

The better way is not to bet everything at once, but rather to use one of the systems outlined on bonuswhores.com. However, if you go the "bet everything at once" route, and win your first bet, just treat the rest of it like a normal bonus with a 3x WR, or whatever is left, then cashout y our profits-the sticky.

You don't have to bet it all on the first hand. Bet like 1/2 to 1/4 of what you have.

The way to play type 1 stickies is to pick a target win. The higher your target, the higher your EV and the higher your variance. If have a large bankroll and can afford to lose in order to increase EV, then I'd say make your target 4x what you started with.

If variance gives you nightmares, then make your target double what you start with.

Here's how to do it:

Bet big until you either hit your target or bust. If you hit the target, make small bets for the rest of the wager requirement. So if you hit the target, play just as if it were a regular bonus. Then when you cashout, the bonus will be subtracted from your balance.

Good luck.

I must really suck at searching. I can't find a single sticky strategy on that site. Got any links please?

I just went with what Ron said. Bet $50 and $100 a few dozen times. Was down right from the start and never recovered.

There goes 100 bucks =/

you did it the right way, the reason for doing 1/4 of your roll is to account for doubles and splits. BJ w/out doubles and splits gives the house a bigger adv.

That's why stickies take larger bankrolls (and larger balls). Right now I'm on a streak of about 10 bustos with stickies, about a $4K downswing. Playgate keeps sending me reload offers of 50%-100% literally every other day and I keep busting. I'm their best customer. /images/graemlins/mad.gif

I do have to admit, I've never cared less about losing $100 in my life. It was fun betting large amounts instead of $1 over and over and over. I may become a sticky addict myself.

But where to try next. I don't wanna sign up for the Playtechs too close to each other. I really want to avoid being banned from them.

Global-player.com has a 30+50 if you use Casinomeister's code (not sure if I'm allowed to post it). It's not technically a sticky because the bonus becomes cashable after a while, but their WR system is very complicated and retarded, so it's best to play it like a sticky.

I have a spreadsheet of Playtechs if you want it, PM me.

Have you read this guide to beating sticky bonuses? Some of it might be out of date, so make sure you check the terms.

It's really well written and outlines the proper strategy.

I just did the GoldenPalace bonus myself, betting $100 a hand. When I finished the 1,600 WR I was up 100. I decided to wuss out and take the 100 and run instead of trying to hit my target.

casinobonuspages has a really good listing of the top 10, top 100 and a bunch of other casinos that lists all the WR, type of bonus and whatnot.
