Mine was about 10 mins into day 2. I started the day with 20k and on the 3rd hand i flopped 3 10's. so now im sitting at 48k and get 55 in late position with an under the gun min raise. Small blind calls and the flop comes 2-2-5, the small blind bets out 4k with another 17k behind, under the gun guy thinks for a while and pushes 100k all-in, i inta go all an, small blind thinks for 2mins and calls. small blind had 2-4 and the under the gun had q-q. turn and river were blanks, SHIP IT. that brought me to 120k in 15 minutes of day 2. i finished 231. Busted by jamie Gold with a 3-6. lol

Were you jumping up and down in your head when you see the 100k push?

Very nice.

I was actually pretty calm but worried that i could get sucked out by the over pair. The guy was thinking for a minute, then i cuffed my cards as if i were folding (actually it was a very small movement on my behalf) he then pushes all-in. i truly believe i enticed that push. I told myself i would not leave my seat during play but that needed a smoke so i broke my rule once.

If you held your cards as it to fold, then insta push, SB (if he noticed) made a terrible call.

She said after the hand that she thought we both had over pairs and thought her 3 twos were good. 1 correction is that the under the gun had 10-10.

This is a PM that was sent to me.

Fold-it, I just read your 225 hand (you had 55) and it sounded so much like how a friend of mine went out that I had to ask. Was the 24 hand held by a woman? I play with her locally. Her version was that she was the BB, and UTG had limped and button called, and she checked. Flop was 225 and it was checked around. Turn was 4, she bet, UTG pushed, and button pushed. She called. UTG had TT, button had 55 and she had the underboat.

Only reason she was in the hand was b/c it was limped to her and she saw the flop for free. She then turned a boat, also for free, and couldn't get away from it.

I'm not doubting your version, just wondering if perhaps this was the same hand and she related it incorrectly.

Either way, nice run from 20 -- 120k on day 2. I started with 31k, and could only double up ... finished 515th.

I would pay to see the look on her face when Redhunter tells her excactly how the hand really went down. Busted, lol

I'm on the button with 4s6s and slightly above 30k in the latter half of day 2. Folds to kid in the cutoff who makes a standard raise. I have him covered just barely and make the call. Flop is 3s5s9x. He leads flop, I move in, he calls with...QsTs! Oh noes! I hit a 7 on the turn for the straight, river blank and MHIG.

Biggest winning hand. 100/200 level. Two limpers and I am a shortstack on the button. I push with JJ and pick up 700!!!

That is how awesome my WSOP was.

65k pot. I called a raise with 64o out of the big blind from the massive chipleader(Mortensen had also limped utg).

turned trip sixes and check called Mortensen down. Got me up to 120k on day 2.
