Trying to dispel a myth here, roulette is in every way inferior to blackjack and most other low ha games as a means of clearing bonuses. By covering the entire board in roulette (i.e. black/red/zero or every number) you lose money every single hand no matter the outcome. People only used this because it reduces variance to 0, they were ok with paying the 1.5% house advantage for french roulette or 2.7% for european, as long as there was no variance. People chose to pay this HA instead of 0.36%-0.50% for blackjack probably because math is hard. Blackjack is clearly superior ev wise.

Not according to T&C snippet you presented. I certainly wouldn't use a red AND black or odds AND evens betting approach, but Roulette seems worth a shot, if there's not some mention of it somewhere else in their T&C.
