Monaco Gold bonus

I know there's been a few threads on this, but I'm wondering if anyone has been shafted by Monaco Gold playing 3CP for bonus abuse? Talked to support and got a 200% +50 up to $600 bonus, with the usual 12x(d+b) no blackjack roulette sicbo etc. Ran better than I ever ran at a casino, (+$80 or so dollars above the bonus betting $3 :P) and requested a cashout at 1193 comp points which would equal 11930 wagers while the WR is 11400.

Basically I'm just a bit worried since support told me Neteller withdrawals can take up to 2 weeks, and there have been a few threads on them being not so stellar, but haven't seen any reports of them totally reneging on bonus terms. If not however, this is a great bonus, and it seems like you can always sweet talk support into giving you just a bit more.

I can confirm that today, the fourth business day since I requested cashout, my full payment hit my neteller account. THis was cleared playing JOB ,although the terms seem to have changed since I signed up nearly 2 weeks ago.

IN my experience they have delivered everything they promised to me.

did you have to provide id?

I first withdrew like 3 weeks ago, it took like 10 days, then it was cancelled, they said I did not provide id, which I talked with support and they said no id was required, so I sent an email with my id. I waited like 11 days, then my withdrawl was cancelled again, I called them, they said they never recieved my email with my id. I resent it this time with the lady still on the phone. She said she received it. I withdrew again, I will let you know how it turns out.

It has been a hassle, but support has been nice, and I don't think they are going to screw me. Plus I have read other people getting their money with no issues (although some didn't have to show id?)

edit: I played casino war to clear the bonus, and then wagered a thousand or so at various games for cover play.

I wish I was playing 3cp pair plus when I was clearing my last bonus. I hit 3 str8 flushes playing regular ante in 20 minutes of play.

Same thing with 32Vegas. Atleast once a day they send (annoying) e-mail offers just to get the players cancel their cashouts. Reminds me of the movie Casino, they were about to do almost anything to get the players back playing.. How many days do their cashouts take? /images/graemlins/frown.gif

They say it takes 4 days, mine took 5 days, but maybe because it took them a day to get/receive my ID.

ok, just to update. I finally got my full cashout. Cutomer service was having trouble getting my id attatched as a pdf. I finally sent it to them, while having the girl on the phone and walked her through opening it. They confirmed, and I got my money in neteller about 4 days later.
