How easy is poker for boogster or GG?

I haven't done a poker bonus in ages but I'm running out of casino's for GG.
So I'm wondering, how easy is it to make the requirements for these poker points? What limit should you usually play and is Limit or NL better?

Just going off memory, it seemed the requirements for GG were pretty minimal. I think I remember something like 500 raked hands. If you're not going for the poker bonus, just play the lowest limits they'll allow.

GG is pretty slow, but I did get my $20 gift card this week so I won't rip on them. Only had to wait about a week ... week and a half tops. But I think I got lucky as they were going through all there credit requests last week.
