Littlewoods shorted me on WR?

According to the built-in LogViewer, I've waged 626 towards my monthly. However, an inquisitive emailed to support revealed that I'd only played 595. Has anyone else had problems?

I re-counted and found that I've wagered a total of ￡1255. Support claims that I've only wagered ￡1238.00. I'm wondering if this has anything to do with the disconnect problems I so frequently receive on their software...

never had trouble with these guys...
i count "manually" with 2 decks of cards (remove 4 cards to make it even 100)

Never had any problems. Have been clearing this one since September of last year (minus a few months from being overseas).
