I know it's not many, but I figure I won't be on party much since they got rid of the deposit and regular play bonus deals.

I'm thinking either get 8 beer glasses or tumblers and a stress ball. I could also use some decks of casino cards I suppose as well, which would make the 4vtankards more appealing.

The stress ball is a must I think, so really about 10k points to spend.

i spent 21k party points on a 300-chip set, 100-chip set and a stress ball FWIW. chips are nice, though. 11.5g

Yeah, I was going for the chips, but I recently got a bunch of NJ skulls through PSO, so that's not a high priority.

How's the stress ball?

its pretty tiny - just about 2 inch...so not worth the points /images/graemlins/wink.gif

I spent my last 7500 or so points on the Wilson soccer ball.

If you're a soccer player it's of reasonable (not fantastic) quality.

But I'm sure the beer glasses would fine also.

I just got 8 shot glasses from the store. Nothing special but they are decent quality, I am sure the beer glasses are nice. I have gotten almost every Poker book they offer in the store also, These are nice if you haven't read any really.

They have 4 poker magazines for 2000 points each. 1 year subscription. That's a good way to get rid of some points.

Someone said awhile ago that if your party points expire, there is a way to get them back. Is that true, and if so, how do you do it? I can't seem to find anything along those lines on the website.

There's a small "reclaim party points" link somewhere in the points area. I don't recall exactly where it is but if you poke around you should be able to find it. It could be that they got rid of it when they restructured everything though.

I wonder if they got rid of this button. I've looked around the site pretty extensively and haven't found it yet.

It's the "PartyPoints" option on the "Players Club" menu when you log into the web site. They redesigned the site a bit recently and moved some things around some.

The other option is to email support. I did this once when my points expired and the "reclaim points" link was generating an error message. They restored the points immediately, no questions asked.

Now might not be a good time to use up your PartyPoints balance. With the bonus points gone, Party will need to lower the prices on their items. If you wait until they finish clearing out old points with cash-for-points and things like that, you may get a better deal on your points.
