I'm signing up right now and the US is not listed in the country of residence scroll box. Anyone know?

Can someone give a rundown of which of these sites allow US players and which do not, and if any have given problems to US players when withdrawing:

I wasn't trying to be specific to only poker. I assume eventually anyone who blocks you from the casino will also block you from poker. From a US law perspective, is there any real difference between the two?
