I'm signing up right now and the US is not listed in the country of residence scroll box. Anyone know?

I can't access it from here, but you might want to try checking the T&C's.

Apparently you can't deposit anymore funds and you won't receive any more bonuses.

Can someone give a rundown of which of these sites allow US players and which do not, and if any have given problems to US players when withdrawing:

Wm Hill
UK Betting
Total Bet
Littlewoods
Ritz
The non-UK based ones (Plex, IP, Sun)

I was talking about the casino, not the poker, but I assume they are the same as far as T&Cs go.

I wasn't trying to be specific to only poker. I assume eventually anyone who blocks you from the casino will also block you from poker. From a US law perspective, is there any real difference between the two?

No ... there's no difference. Just thought I'd be clear.
