Does the 'initial signup' referral/bonus count towards a point?
So, for example, if I completed the terms for three referrals, do I have a $20 amazon/paypal card + 2 points, or + 3 points?

The first one does not count towards your first gift. The first point only gets you the $20 gift card. If you're going after something for three points, you would still need to do three more after the initial.
