I am clearing poker locos 1k bonus from BW. On pokerloco promo page ti says you can use your player points to obtain tickets to free rolls, where do you find this? Anyone tried? Also anyone have sucess with customer support? They lost 400 dollars of mine in a connection problem and waiting to hear back from them, i most likely will lose it.
