Referring to their monthly bonus

"Players who return after their first month's play will receive $100 after they have wagered $4,000 in the casino*."

Now I interpreted this as, I play some in the first month. This can be defined as "first month's play". Then if I return I am eligible for this 100$ monthly loyalty bonus, even if I return in the same month. Omni at first told me I was elidgble even if I was a new player but later changed their mind (after I had clear 75% of the bonus) and told me new players werent elidgible and that I had to wait until next month and that furthermore, my wagering didnt carry over. Do I have a case here?

You have to sign up in the first month, and then play in the second month. You won't be eligible for the monthly bonus in your first month; I thought it was pretty clear.

apparently not to their customer support there. They told me I was eligible initially lol
