I made a deposit on Aug 6 and thought I didn't get a deposit bonus. I emailed PP and they showed me how to get to a page that shows a detailed breakdown of how ur points are accumulated and it does show I got the bonus points (4 days early too!):
xxxxx, upon carefully looking into your account's records with us, I
can confirm that on the 9th of August you have indeed received 2000 in
bonus points.
From the details you have submitted in your e-mail I can understand
that you are quoting from the currently updated Players Club which shows
your points as they are standing under the new Bonus system.
xxxxx, in order to view your previous accumulated points you must
visit 'Players Club' and then the 'Statements' section. Once you are there,
kindly click on the link that says:
'Transaction statement for the month of August, 2006 '
This link should lead you straight to the full details reports and
points accumulated for the months of August.
