Interpoker: Change to Bonus Clearing Requirements?

Just had an email from Interpoker titled 'Weekend Offer' with details of upcoming tournaments, etc. And at the end it says:

I got both of these too. This does not sound like a massive cahnge. I'm expecting something else. I don't know what else it might be besides changing the number of raked hands, or maybe just not requiring a deposit.
