VIP Red Carpet Promotion (Did anyone get a pop-up or just e-mail?)

I did not think that I was eligible for the promo at first but then I e-mailed vip and they told me that I was. I don't have a pop-up for it though. Did anyone else get a pop-up? If not, is there any way of finding out if you are definitely eligible for the promotion?

I got no email or pop up for it. Had to email vip and ask for it, even though I got the last few vip promotions as a email and pop up.

After posting this I noticed an advertisement for the promotion in the "My Account" section. I am assuming if you have this advertisement then you are eligible. I am not sure if everyone gets the ad though.
