View Full Version : Double downs, pushes, splits, raises not counted towards WR?

I've noticed this mainly at the playtech sites. If I bet $5 and then split and then double down one hand, I count that as $15 wagered. If I bet $5 the next hand and then it pushes, that's $5 wagered too. How come everytime i check with the casino they always undershoot my total by hundreds of dollars bet? Are they not counting pushes?

They should be, from my experience, Playtech counts money wagered on pushes towards the WR

Anyone noticed that playtech misses some bets? I've counted $7875 at sunpalace casino but they only have me down for $5240. Every playtech site has been off.

Then you should seriously consider contacting customer support at the site in question to find out why your bets are being missed. Just a thought though.

I've tried contacting sun palace but I can't email them for some strange reason; outlook is unable to send it for some reason. Anyone else have problems doing this with sun palace?

Is this casino part of the MainStreet Group? I found that Twin Aces and Vegas Online missed some bets too.... Whatever, just finish the WR. It would take longer to contact support and find answer then to finish the WR, its more +$/hr too

I am 100% positive the playtech sites [censored] you over with the WR. I think it's because I bet so fast. Sometimes i can play 10 hands in 30 seconds. They aren't counting about 35% of the hands I play.
