How have peoples' experiences been with their withdrawals? Withdrew last night and haven't received any sort of email notification telling me that they're processing it or anything (not sure if only some sites do this). I thought I had heard they often ask for ID, etc., but I can't remember.

They alayws do.

If you have not sent it yet your withdraw is not being processed.

Send it to who? They never asked for anything. I clicked the button that said withdraw, and I got a pop up saying my withdrawal was being processed. They also took the money out of my account.

Sent your id and utility bill to their support email. They wouldnt process your withdrawal without it. I asked for a withdrawal and five days later, I got an email asking for my id and an utility.

It has been 7 days since my original withdrawal and nothing. Now I see this thread and I am considering of sending them my ID - but for what? I deposited 100 USD via Neteller, found out I cant get the bonus, and I withdrawed the exact same amount 5 minutes later to the exact same Neteller account. And they need an ID?

Slow playing and paying customers by not communicating. Sucks.

I did the exact same thing. Signed up and found out I could not get the bonus. Tried cashing out. They eventually emailed me asking for ID verification. After 3 submissions of my ID and a few phone calls, I got my money back a month later.
