Is there any risk in playing twin aces, vegas online and sia at the same time? Are they affiliated?

Twin aces and vegas online are related. I played both but one at a time. Twin aces, made a killing on ( I think about 500) . Waited about 4 weeks then did vegas and busted my deposit and bonus in about 300 dolalrs worth of WR.

So maybe there is a risk.....

From my contact at Main Street, I have been told you can do 3 of their casinos, but if you never deposit after the initials at any of the 3, then they lock you on your 4th.
