William Hill connection problems anyone?

I am trying to play pontoon at William hill to clear their starting bonus, and played a couple of hands but not I cant even connect to the table. It says "connecting..." down at the bottom but never does anything. Anyone ever get this problem before w/ William Hill?

Try opening/forwarding/triggering port 7000 on your router/modem--it worked for me when I had the same problem.

So pontoon is allowed to clear the bonus there? Is it better odds than BJ?

Yes, but I believe it's higher variance as well.
