Does this mean I just need to play 5 hours, or have to play a full hour at a table? Their support is non responsive and the bonus doesn't show up in the friendly matter like the other Crypto's.

How can I check to see my bonus paid out?

You can play how long you wish on each table. Just remember it has to be at least 1/2 limit or 100nl. Bonus is paid for each hour.

1/2 hour at one table and 1/2 hour at a second table will count as one hour. Bonus is paid promptly in hourly increments.

It's 5 table hours, so if you multi-table 5 tables of 1/2, after 1 hour GBP25 is paid into your account.

Think it also works on 0.5/1 NL and up

Yep, it is based on the blinds so you need to play with a minimum blinds of 0.5/1, which is 1/2 limit or PL/NL100.
