Signign up at Hollywood - questions

Hi there. I was referred to Hollywood by someone and I use the RAF link to sign up. There is a "Promotion Code" box, but I'm not sure if I leave this blank and enter it when I make my initial deposit? Also, I'm interested in the Bonus Whores $200 5X 100% deposit bonus...however I'm not signing up thru BW but thru the RAF link from a friend so am I still eligible to use this on sign up?

That is where you put the bonus whores code. You should get both the RAF and the Bonus Whores Bonus.
