Yes. About 7 days (I think it was less for me) after you deposit, you'll get that PIN in the mail. I had no problems there.

Some of the Cryptos are doing away with the PIN thing, but I can't remember if VIP was one of them.

Yep, no pin. its a very nice crypto bonus, 100% go. My last cashout hit my neteller over night.
